SOOOO much better!

Our "little" (okay BIG) guy is doing SOOOO much better!
He still has rough tummy times and cries, but it is so much better than it was! The stretching of the muscles to release gas, along with his digestive system improving with time, has helped so much! We have an appointment scheduled with the feeding specialist on August 13th to see if she can help with the swallowing air problem. I appreciate all the encouragement and prayers you all have given us! Calling to check on Brady, the emails, texts, etc. have meant so much to us!
This isn't the best shot of Brady, but it is proof that he fell asleep in the swing! He is now used to us carrying him around upright all the time. But, he has now fallen asleep TWICE in the swing. I know this doesn't seem like a big deal, but when I'm the one walking around with this 15 pound boy, trying to get him to go to sleep...this is HUGE! SO excited for the small things in life. =)

Auntie Jenn Jenn and Brady
(I have a ton of pictures to post from my sister's visit)
My friend, Jessica, bought these cute shirts for the boys. Jayden is such a good Big Brother!
He was telling Brady, "Mama take our picture, okay Brady?"
Thanks for the shirts Jess...we love them!Daddy and Brady
Jayden's making sure he gets in on the conversation.
I was looking back on when Jayden was born and I had a ton of pictures! Most of Brady's first 2 months of life was spent in my arms, crying, so we don't have as many. But...now that he smiles and has the cutest personality I am making up for it! LOVE IT!
I love to dress the boys in matching outfits! They are just too cute!
Jayden is growing up so fast! He loves books, loves to play with trucks, tractors, bugs, and cars. We have so much fun with him. He now plays using his imagination and it cracks us up! He's always one step ahead of us. Jamie was reading a story to him and Jayden told him, "Stop Dada! You have to point to the words!" (that's my boy!) He talks non-stop and loves the Christian Song, "I am Free!" He calls it "Dada's song" because it sounds a little "rockish". When we get in the car, he requests, "Dada's song" and pretends to play the drums. We listen to it over and over and over!
We love you Big Boy!Brady also is starting to enjoy riding in the car!
(Maybe he likes "Dada's song" too? Ha)
We love weekends when Dada is home! Jayden is reading a story to Dada and Brady. (He retells the story by looking at the pictures)
Playing
We went to dinner one night and Jamie squatted down to show Jayden something. So...what did Jayden do? He squatted down too! I was so thankful to have my camera with me. Too cute! He likes to do everything Dada does.
Jayden gets to stay up late when Dada has a softball game.
Jayden waits for him to get home and runs to give him a big hug!
Papa and Brady
Hanging out in his crib, listening to the mobile.

I am so very thankful for my boys!

An update...

Brady had his 2 month doctor's appointment today!
My little chunkers weighs 15 1/2 pounds and is 24 inches long. He is off the chart in both weight and height. He is on the chart for head size, but still in the 90th percentile.
I think we have a big boy on our hands!
Brady's digestive system is slowly getting better. He has been having good mornings, and usually cries from lunchtime until bedtime, but we are SOOOOO VERY THANKFUL for the hours in the morning when he is happy!
The muscles that were trapping the gas have been stretched and it has helped release a lot of the tension in his belly. He still struggles with swallowing air and we will see a feeding specialist in the next few weeks before our return to the GI Specialist. He is such a happy little boy when his tummy isn't hurting. We love to see him smile...and check out those chins!
This is how most of my day looks, holding my little guy upright and close, while walking all over the place. I love this little boy and feel so sad that the first two months of
his life have been so rough.
Jenn, Craig, and the kids have been visiting,
so we've enjoyed the time with them.
Jayden loves his Uncle "Keg!"Jessica is growing up so fast! She is now a teenager and does so well helping with all the boys. We've had some fun times, she even gave me a facial! Thanks Jess!
Water fun!

Brady has started to nap in the mornings! YAY!
It's a nice break and we know that he needs the sleep.
(He never slept during the day because of the
constant crying/pain)
Happy about snacktime!
The boys dancing the "Hot Dog Dance!"
(Mickey Mouse Clubhouse)
They hit heads, so Jayden went and got two band aids. He stuck the first one on Conner's head, and the second on his own. He's such a sweet little boy.
A drink break

More pics to come!
