Vacation

We took a vacation to a resort in Indio with
Josh, Kristin, and Bayley.
It was a lot of fun! This is the view from our balcony.

but they enjoyed the music by sitting under the TV!

We waited for the pools to get shady and then enjoyed them without worrying about a sunburn. It was still in the 90s at 7pm. We grabbed tubes and floated around. It was very relaxing!

Josh was there too, I just didn't get any pics of him!

The timeshare had a huge 4th of July Blowout! Face painting, DJ next to the pool, animal balloons, Minnie Mouse (ok, not the REAL Minnie Mouse, but the kids couldn't tell the difference), BBQ food with smoothies and roasted corn. It was a lot of fun!

Jayden waited so patiently for his doggy balloon.

Tuesday we fly to Florida to visit my sister!

BBQ at Grandma and Grandpa's

Happy Birthday Grandma!

We celebrated Grandma's birthday with a BBQ in Fullerton.

Of course, Jayden found Grandpa's shoes!

Grandpa made this stick for Jayden. When we visit, he always goes over and wants to play with the umbrella. When we got there and he saw this stick...he was SO excited! He actually was using it as a microphone. You would "NEVER" be able to tell that his daddy plays Rock Band! =) Grandpa helping Jayden with the shoes...Jayden had his favorite cookies waiting for him as his dessert at Gma and Gpa's house!

Our Little Man

Jayden LOVES food!
He had spaghetti for dinner last night. For dessert...an ice cream sandwich!
(We found them in Soy! Yay!)Jayden's new "thing" is to go into our closet and find a pair of shoes to wear. Then, he walks all around the house so proud that he got them on himself! Such a smart little boy!Usually he brings out flip-flops, but this time,
he found Daddy's basketball shoes!
