Grandpa and Grandma Trochmann are visiting from Minnesota. Jamie and I drove down to Fullerton Thursday night to spend time with them. We went to Nixon Library today (Friday) and had a picnic at the park. I'll post pics of that later!
"Great Grandpa" was enjoying his time with Izzy.
And..."Grandpa" was playing with her too!
Izzy helps keep us entertained. She gets to go outside and play on Sunday! She'll be playing at Aunt Sheree's house with her cousins, Jersey, Cali, and Asher. She can't wait! =)

Great photos of 3 generations of family! Handsome couples! Fun to see how big Izzy has grown. Please explain why she can't go outside? Our pets have always been allowed to go outside so....sorry for my lack of understanding. Am sure you enjoyed the Nixon library and area. My girl cousins and I did about 1 1/2 years ago.
The vet told us we have to wait until she gets all her shots before she goes outside. Then, once she has her final shots, we should wait one more week. I guess it's to prevent Parvo.
Bottom line...her "daddy" is WAY over-protective! =)
She's his little baby! He wants to be SURE she can't get sick. We had her a week and we had to take her to the vet for meds. That gave us a heart attack.
I know, there are many dogs who go right outside, but we're following the vets advice. Better to be safe than sorry! =)
Izzy looks as big as Sammy already. Is she getting any bigger? I thought you were getting a small dog!?
You aren't going to be overprotective of your kids are you? Cause Becky and I are going to take them camping with us and make them go for several days without showers and eat without washing their hands, and...
I thought I was getting a small dog too! When we adopted her, it said she was chihuahua/terrier. Now, they say she is terrier/beagle. Who knows. She is definitely NOT small! She's over 10 pounds now and her potential size is 25 pounds!
As for kids...we'll be even MORE protective of them! And, the only "camping" that will be done will be in the trendwest resorts! Haha! =)
I see dad shaved his mustache, too.
