Disney on Ice and More

Last night, we took Jayden to Disney on Ice!
He was so excited. We bought the tickets months ago and waited until Thursday to tell him we were going. I'm not sure he had any idea what we were talking about, but we showed him the postcard that was mailed to us to give him an idea. He didn't care, he just knew that Mickey and Minnie Mouse were going to be there and that was enough for him! He carried that postcard around ALL day on Friday, waiting for his daddy to get home so we could leave for the show.
On the way there, we saw this pretty rainbow and tried explaining what it was and what it meant. Once we past it, he said,
"Turn around Dada! I need to see the "wainbo" again. =)
I think I was just as excited as he was!
It was a family tradition of ours, growing up, to go every year to Disney on Ice. Santa would leave tickets in our stockings to attend. We always went with our cousins (Aimee and Wendee). It was fun. We can't wait to continue the tradition with our kids.
Jamie thought it was "ok." He would have rather seen a Stryper concert, but said it was worth it to see Jayden's face throughout the show. I love the way Jamie is looking at Jayden in this picture.
I took a ton of pictures of the show, but they are pretty boring to post, so I will just load a few. However, Jayden has asked to look at these pictures many times today.
This is such a fun age!
Excited about his Mickey Light!
Jayden LOVED the part of the show when the man cleaned the ice. Ha.
On the way to the show, I told Jamie that, as kids, we were always allowed to get a snow cone in a character cup. It was so much fun to try to guess which cup they would have for that specific story line. My mom had a cupboard full of these cups between Jenn and I. Wish we still had them!
It was so cold in the arena, but he still wanted his "slurpee."

Some more of the show...
Still smiling on the way home. He loved it!
It's so fun to take him new places.
Last weekend, Gma and Gpa E came to visit.
A story before bedtime...
"Cheese"
For all of you who have been praying for Cousin Emily...look at her now! She is such a strong little girl. She will have been with us for a year next month.

Here are some random pictures off my camera...

He really does like to clean up,
I just wished his vacuum really worked!
One last picture...
Our boys in the tub!
Hope you're all having a good weekend!
