A Visit from Auntie Penny!

Jamie's Dad's Cousin came to visit us! Jayden calls her, "Auntie Penny!"

She lives in Pasadena, but was willing to drive out to visit the boys for the afternoon. Jayden loved having her play in his playroom with him.
He showed her all his cool cars and trucks.

She really does have a gift with children!
You can tell by the look on Jayden's face that he LOVES her!

Brady loves her too! =)

Auntie Penny was so attentive to listen to all of Jayden's stories...

She played with the boys, had lunch, and then it was time for Jayden's nap.
She took this opportunity to spend time with Brady.

He "talked" to her and told her lots of stories too!

Thank-you Auntie Penny, for coming to spend the day with us. The boys loved having you and I enjoyed it too! I loved our conversation and our time together.
You are very special to our family. Can't wait to get together again!One rainy day, there was a caterpillar outside our slider. I picked it up and brought it inside to show Jayden. It was so cute when he said, "Mommy, you found the Very Hungry Caterpillar!" That is one of our favorite books to read together. =)

He was very gentle so he wouldn't smash it.

I love how the small things in life make my boy so happy.
Everyday is an adventure!

I have lots more to post, but naptime is over, so I must go play with my boys!
