Jack-O-Lantern Fun!

I am very behind on updating the blog! Jamie was in Texas last week, helping write curriculum for the Air Force, and he had my laptop with him. I'm not too good at updating on the desktop, so I fell behind.
Anyways...Before Jamie left, we carved a pumpkin! Jayden was so excited to finally get to make a Jack-O-Lantern!
The quality of these pictures are horrible, but when I got my camera out to take pictures, the battery was dead, so I had to use my cell phone. Still cute.
Jayden stuck his hand in the pumpkin a few times, before he decided it was, "yucky!"
Jayden and I cleaned the pumpkin out, then Daddy helped carve it.
It didn't take long before he wanted to use a spoon. Ha!
He was so patient in waiting for Daddy to cut each piece.
I love this one of him laying down watching.
He kept saying he wanted a "Happy Pumpkin Face."
Jayden is turning in to quite the funny guy. He says things, and Jamie and I just look at each other and crack up. He took the pieces Jamie had cut out for the eyes and held them up to his eyes and started saying, "Ah, I can't see, I can't see!" Funny coming from a 2 year old!
Then he said, "I'm a happy pumpkin" with the mouth.
Almost done...
After the pieces were out, he wanted to put it back together.
We asked him if he wanted to save and eat the seeds.
He said, "No thanks."
The final product...
"A Happy Pumpkin!"
We had a "Happy Little Boy" too!
