Jayden is at an age where he wants to do everything himself. We call him, "Mr. Independent!" If we try to help him, he says, "Jayden do it." Well, these cookies are perfect for him. (although he has fun cooking and mixing the ingredients too) These are already sliced and all you have to do is put them on the baking sheet. He "made" these cookies...all by himself!

Such a big boy!
I put the cookies in the oven (he understands that the oven is hot and he can't touch it, Mama has to do that part), and then told him we had to wait 8 minutes.
He always waits so patiently!He says, "Wait for Beep Beep!" (the timer)
I'm enjoying this age! He is so much fun! Sorry about the quality of the pictures...they are from my phone.We were taking pictures to send to Dada and to his Uncles and Aunts. =) Gotta love picture texting!
