Tumble Tots, The Park, and Storytime

The Mom's Group I attend had our monthly outing today.
We went to Tumble Tots. Jayden had never been,
but absolutely LOVED it!
I can't wait to take him back!
At first, he wasn't too sure what to think...

But his friend, Ainsley, showed him what to do!

He loved crawling through all the obstacles.
Reed and Jayden were checking out all the things
that were offered.
Jayden's favorite thing was the trampoline!

He had NO fear in running back and forth!

The kids all got along so well and had so much fun!

They would run down the trampoline and then say,
"Yay! I did it!" and clap for themselves.

The kids also danced to music.
Jayden looks like he is waiting for instructions. Haha! They each had a circle to sit on. Jayden didn't stay on his too long, but it's a great idea to teach kids structure!

Then it was ball time!

Our little guy is not the most coordinated...

But, he sure had fun trying to walk on the
Balance Beam!

He kept falling off, but didn't give up!

He finally was able to stay on for a few seconds!

Baylee's little brother, Noah, was born on March 11th.
She is so cute with him! She was giving him a kiss!

We had a lot of fun today! I am really enjoying the Mom's Group from our church. The mom's are awesome and encouraging. I'm very thankful for all of them! It's also been great for Jayden to be around other kids.

The weather has been great in Beaumont!
One of Jayden's favorite things to do is go to the park.
He calls this park the "BIG Park."

I'm enjoying being on Maternity Leave and am so thankful for this time I get with Jayden before his baby brother arrives. I know our lives are going to change when we become a family of four. For now...Jayden and I will do as much as we can together!

I have Bible Study on Tuesday Nights so Jamie and Jayden get an evening together. Jamie usually takes him to this park as well. I was amazed at the climbing Jayden could do the last time we went. I can tell Dada allows him to climb and explore more than Mama does. =) He is very good at using the ladders, etc. to get to the top.

Driving

Last Tuesday we went to Storytime at the Beaumont Library.

They started off with Music. Every kid got an instrument.
Jayden got an egg that made noise when he shook it.

Jayden loved all the big stuffed animals.
He kept poking the bear's eyes, saying, "Eyes Bear?"

The Library also had centers set up for the kids to color.

Then, it was Storytime!

The Librarian read Eric Carle's, "The Very Hungry Catepillar." Jayden was very concerned at first because he thought the book was mine. He said, "No, Mama's Book!" Haha...we read that story at home a lot. I told him this one was the "Lady's book."
He was okay with that answer. =)
