Updates

Well...we have some happy news!
Brady's echocardiogram and EKG results came back and the openings in his heart have closed on their own!
Praise the Lord!
The openings should have closed as soon as he was delivered,
but three of Brady's remained open. With time, Brady's closed without needing surgery.
We give all the glory to God for healing our little boy's heart!
Now...that is something to smile about...
Our next step is to figure out what is wrong with his digestive system so that we can find out what causes his constant crying/screaming. It's very sad. However, this past week he's had some good hours without screaming! We were able to put him in the swing and bouncy, and get a few smiles from him. We are thankful for every minute (literally) this little boy is content!
Jayden continues to be a great big brother! Wherever Brady is, Jayden is too! He loves showing his baby brother all of his cool toys! This time, he put his ladybug on Brady's swing and then sat next to him. Brady isn't so excited over the swing yet, but at least he'll sit in it without it moving!

Such a good big brother!

Brady is growing so fast!Papa gave Jayden a bath the other day and Jayden went potty in the toilet for Papa! I'm not ready to accept the Potty-Training Challenge at this time, but am proud of Jayden. It's a start! After his bath, Jayden told Papa he had an "owie" on his face. Papa can make anything better with a bandaid! My mom and I were cracking up when Jayden walked out looking like this...Yep, that's a bandaid on the side of his face!
We are trying to teach Jayden how to smile for the camera.
We keep showing him and saying, "Cheese!"
This is the end result...for now.
Cheeeeesssse! A little better, his eyes are at least open.
Our little cuddle buddy!
Checking out Airplanes on the laptop.
Wow! It must be interesting!
I love these guys!
My mom has been my lifesaver!
Now that she is off work, she comes over everyday and stays until Jamie gets home. I don't know what I would do without her! She gives me a chance to run errands if I need to, take a nap, she walks the floors trying to comfort Brady, plays with Jayden...the list goes on and on! A girl couldn't ask for a better mom/friend! Thanks Mom! I would be going crazy without you!

Jayden and I had some good alone time in Gaga's Spa. Jayden loved all the attention and I loved the time with my little buddy.
He loves the water!
Only at Gaga's house...
Do you get to sit and eat the cookies right out of the bag! What are Grandparents for, right?
Brady has an appointment to see the GI Specialist on Monday and then on Tuesday we go in for his Upper GI Exam. Please continue to pray for our little guy. It's so sad to see him in so much pain. We can't wait to figure out a way to help him.

Thanks for all your prayers for his heart.
We are so grateful and thankful that we can put that behind us now and focus on his tummy!

Fun photos! Thanks for sharing. Thankful Brady is ok heart-wise and praying for his stomach pain issues. Looks like Mommie and Jayden had some great time together. Brady is growing so quickly...a big boy!
Glad your Mom is so willing to help you and lives nearby to be able to do so. Tell her hi.
